ZILTENER INVEST AG deals with the areas of real estate, asset management and direct investments.

In real estate, we see multi-family houses as a long-term investment and prominent source of return. We operate across Switzerland, predominantly in urban areas. We also implement new construction projects including sales of owner-occupied apartments.

When it comes to asset management, our portfolio strategy is long-term and conservative. The majority of our investments are in the form of shares in Swiss companies with an international focus.

In terms of direct investments, we focus on market-leading companies with an established business model and attractive growth potential. Our investment horizon here is medium- to long-term and our focus is on increasing value or capital gain.

In real estate and direct investments, we are continually reviewing attractive investment opportunities.

The origins of ZILTENER INVEST AG lie in the Château André Ziltener wine trading group, which was founded in 1968 by Klaus-Dieter Ziltener.

Château Ziltener Holding AG was founded in 2001, and is now called Ziltener Invest. It takes care of the management of the family’s real estate and assets.

Today, ZILTENER INVEST AG is run by Nicole Ziltener Bollinger – the second generation of the family to do so. The wine trading group was sold in 2018 and is no longer owned by the Ziltener family. Yet some things remain unchanged, such as the family’s passion for fine wines and stable, high-quality investments.

Standards and market situations are changing constantly – especially in the globalized world of economy and finance.

As an owner-managed company, we are able to stay lean and thus fully focused on developing assets and transferring them to future generations.

Our investment strategy is based on diversification across three business areas and a consistent and conservative portfolio strategy that is geared toward the long term.

Nicole Ziltener Bollinger is the second generation of the Ziltener family to take on the role of CEO at ZILTENER INVEST.

She studied in Germany, France, and Switzerland and completed her studies in 1997 at the University of St.Gallen, earning the degree of lic. oec. HSG.

Her first professional foray was in the field of marketing in the food industry. She subsequently worked for several years in management consultancy on a range of international projects, specializing in strategic management. In 2002, she joined the family business, where she sat on the Board of Management and was CEO of the wine trading group until the sale of that company in 2018. Since 2019, Nicole Ziltener Bollinger has been CEO of ZILTENER INVEST AG, which is based in Meggen in the canton of Lucerne.

The company structure is very lean and highly flexible, with swift decision-making channels. Where necessary, external expertise and networking are brought in to handle projects quickly and skillfully.
